THE DAWSON SPA is a retreat for your body, mind and spirit. For the consideration of other clients, we request that noise is kept to a minimum. We ask that you respect other clients' privacy by speaking softly. 

Vouchers/Gift Vouchers

- In House Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise).

- Once you have received your voucher(s) please contact the Reservations Team to make a booking.

- Vouchers are non transferable / non refundable.

- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

- Treatment vouchers are not redeemable against products.

- Voucher upgrades are available at a surcharge depending on the chosen. treatment(s).

-  Vouchers must be presented on the day of arrival to hand in at the spa reception or the full amount will be charged.

-  Vouchers may not be used to purchase another voucher or voucher offers. 

- Cash Vouchers can be used to purchase products.

- We are not liable for any vouchers purchased from a third party platforms.

Age Restrictions

Guests must be at least 16 years old for facial treatments and over the age 18 years old for massage and body treatments. 

Alcohol 

We reserve the right to refuse treatments if you arrive to the spa inebriated. 

Cancellations

A minimum of 72 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in a 100% cancellation fee being charged. If you wish to cancel outside of working hours, please contact us via email outside of the Cancellation Period. Bookings can be amended online if it is outside of the Cancellation Period through your Booking Confirmation. A €25 rescheduling fee will be added if you wish to reschedule within less then 72 Hours of your treatment date.

Mobile Phones

The use of mobile phones is prohibited in the spa. We kindly request that mobile phones and electronic equipment should be switched off before you begin any treatment.

Pregnancy

We are delighted to offer an extensive selection of maternity treatments. Please take note that massage or stimulating treatments are not recommended during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor prior to any Treatment you wish to book.

Personal Property

Management and Staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. We recommend that guests do not wear jewellery when attending the Spa. 

Punctuality

To ensure you get the full experience and all the benefits of your treatment we kindly ask you to please arrive 5/10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time but the full price will be charged. 

Location 

As we have multiple locations it is the responsibility of the Client to arrive at the correct location please ensure you allow plenty of time for traffic when attending a central city location as this time cannot be retrieved.

Special Conditions

If you suffer from any medical conditions, we advise that you consult your doctor before booking any treatments. You will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form prior to your treatment commences. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us.
