We do not have a private car parking facility however there is parking available just a short distance walk to the Drury Street Car Park and also the Brown Thomas Car Park.
Our lines are quite busy and some times waiting times can take longer than usual, if you have to cancel your appointment with us and can't reach us by phone, please email us at info@dawsonspa.com. Absolutely! We kindly ask that you contact us by email before making any bookings and one of our team members will happily assist you with your group booking, Please note group bookings of 3 or more clients should be made 3 months prior to your booking.
Not to worry! Please contact us and let us know in advance if you would like to change your Therapist, we have male and female therapists available.
The Dawson Spa is not wheelchair accessible as there are flights of stairs throughout the Spa.
Our age limit is 16 years old for any NON-invasive treatments, please note anyone under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian..

If you wish to cancel your treatment you can do so 72 hours in advance, This allows us time to relocate another client to fill your slot. We have a very strict cancellation policy which is non negotiable.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to their treatments to allow time to fill in a consultation form, There maybe a preferred option online to do this in advance which will save time and trees.Being One of the Top Spa's in Dublin we are usually quite busy particularly on weekends so please be on time as we cannot extend your time in the treatment room. Check your google maps and allow plenty of time for traffic etc as we are located in the Centre of the City.
